About the event
In preparation for 2025 join us for an empowering workshop focused on setting goals, overcoming limiting beliefs, and releasing the energies that no longer serve you.
We will start our day with an opening ceremony and meditation led by Stacey to ground ourselves and prepare for the rest of the day. Then Darlene will lead us through a group equine learning session with exercises focused on taking risks, getting out of our comfort zones and stepping into our own power.
Midday we will take a break for lunch as we enjoy a homemade meal lovingly made by our founder Corinne.
After lunch, Amanda will lead us through a group coaching session with a focus on identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs to intentionally release them before moving on to create a Vision Board for the upcoming year.
